The above rates are for one week, Saturday to Saturday. For short breaks, see below.
In the low or mid season there is a 10% reduction for four, or fewer, occupants.

SHORT BREAKS:
In the low season,
weekend (Friday to Sunday nights) or mid-week (Monday to Thursday nights) bookings can be
made at 60% of the weekly rate. These short break bookings can also be made in mid season, if booked within 3 weeks of the start date.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
We welcome bookings from groups of up to 8 people (although regrettably we cannot allow pets). To make a provisional booking, please phone us on 01647
24848 anytime before 10pm, or email on
enquiries@MedlandGardenHouse.com. A booking
form and conditions of booking will be emailed or posted to you; when
this is returned with a 25% deposit the reservation will be firm. The
provisional booking will be held for one week whilst the form and deposit is
returned. We can accept credit or debit cards by phone for the deposit
once the booking form has been returned.
The balance of the rental
is due three weeks before the commencement of your holiday - we will send
you a reminder.
