The Tourist Board has graded facilities and accommodation of The Garden House at 5 stars, the highest grade.  Details are provided below; click any small image for a larger version.

The Garden House, which has its own private walled garden exclusively for the use of guests, offers the following features.

Wireless broadband internet access is available at no extra charge, for quests wishing to bring their laptop computers.

Bedrooms:-  All bedrooms are equipped with superb quality beds which have memory foam topped interior sprung mattresses and sprung bases.  The double beds are 5 foot and the singles 3 foot.  There is a built in wardrobe in each room along with ample drawer space and a TV.
The main bedroom has floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides with one of the panels sliding to give direct access to the decking for that morning coffee in the sun.  It has a double bed and hand made solid walnut furniture.  The superb en-suite wet room is large enough for two (or more!) to shower at the same time and it has a bidet. The television (which has a built in DVD) is hidden in the drawer unit at the foot of the bed and rises up by remote control.

The second bedroom also has a glass wall with access to the decking.  It has a double bed.  Its en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower and a bidet.  NOTE: these two bedrooms can be inter-connected via a lockable door.
The Third bedroom is on the North of the house with two single beds.  The en-suite has a large shower enclosure.
The fourth bedroom also on the North has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and folding glass shower screen.

Study:-  This room is on the South with direct access to the decking.  It has a glass work table with a TV that can be used as a computer monitor - there is wireless broadband access throughout the house.  The study has a comfortable settee and can be used to watch TV away from the main living room.  There are a good selection of books, games, DVDs and guides to the area.

Living room & Dining room:-  These two interconnected rooms offer real space and comfort.  The main feature of the living room is the hand built feature wall with lots of drawer and cupboard space along with two built in TVs (everyone gets a good view of the picture!) and a remote control electric flame effect fire.  There is a Sky box (which feeds all the TVs in the house) with a full sky package and a DVD.  The seating is two leather arm chairs and two 3 seat leather sofas.  The dining room's feature is the solid marble table with eight modern chairs.  It has direct access to the kitchen.

Kitchen and Utility room:-  The kitchen is equipped with excellent quality units and the latest electrical facilities all by NEFF and which include an induction hob, two ovens one of which has a built in microwave and a full height larder fridge.  The sink has its own under sink water heater for instant hot water.  There is plenty of crockery, cooking utensils etc.  The utility room has a complete range of fully integrated appliances including two dish washers, a washing machine, a drier and a full height freezer.  Again the sink has its own under hot water heater.

Hall and Cloakroom:-  There is a toilet/wash basin off the hall and the hall and corridor have low level lights designed to be left on all night (useful when you are in an unfamiliar house).

Outside:-  The 1 acre walled garden is for your private use, the decking area has a selection of lounger chairs and a teak dining table with 8 chairs.  The BBQ is a four ring gas fired unit - gas provided free.

General:-  There is under floor central heating with individual room control (October to March) and constant hot water.  There is a heat recovery fresh air ventilation system that ensures fresh air in all rooms.
